When every hour counts on family vacation, make the most of travel with a private charter
People often think of private jets as the exclusive travel provider for business executives and rockstars. In fact, our industry is much more diverse in terms of customer base. Because it can be difficult to book a large number of seats on a commercial flight, group travel is a common reason to charter a jet.
Families that fly private gain several bonus hours of vacation. The time not spent waiting at security, the gate, and baggage claim is spent enjoying each other’s company. We make family travel easy and relaxing. The only hard part is deciding where to go.
Contact our flight coordinators to learn how we can make arrangements so you can make the most of your family’s time together.
Room for the Whole Family
Our fleet of ultra-long-range Gulfstream airframes seats up to 16 passengers, enough for the entire extended family. We even have plenty of room for your dog — we love having four-legged passengers aboard!
When we say entire family, we mean it. Private charters are a great choice for travelers with special needs. We safely accommodate passengers that are elderly, immobilized, or have other travel requirements that commercial flights are unequipped to fulfill. We pride ourselves on offering personalized travel experiences, no matter your needs.
And don’t worry about overpacking, because these airframes are designed to handle luggage as easily as people. We often charter golf and skiing vacations because groups traveling with large baggage enjoy the convenience and security.
Family Hotspots
We’ve chartered vacations all over the world, but these are four family destinations that are popular every year.
Hawaii
Each island has its own distinct personality and caters to a different kind of getaway. But we think two of the islands stand out for their family-friendly options.
Maui is your island if you want an all-inclusive resort with activities for children. After you’re done relaxing on the beach, drive the spectacular Hana Highway and hike to a waterfall. We also love Kauai for its many options for jungle adventures. Your kids will never forget a helicopter tour of the Na Pali Coast.
MLB Spring Training in Arizona
Every March, hope springs eternal and baseball fans head south to see their teams warm up for the year. We prefer the Cactus League in Phoenix to the Grapefruit League in Florida. All the stadiums are closer together, which makes a day-night doubleheader easier to come by. There are also several suburban airports that are convenient to the ballfields.
While you’re in Phoenix with the family, don’t miss the Arizona Zoo, Arizona Science Center, and Golfland Sunsplash waterpark in Mesa. Or take a horseback ride through the Sonoran Desert — Saguaro Lake Guest Ranch is a welcoming spot for beginners and kids (7 and up).
Turks and Caicos
Providenciales Island is ideal for families. Grace Bay Beach is one of the best in the world — you can even rent a rescue dog to take out on a walk. It’s a perfect place for beginners to go snorkeling. The island is protected by a miles-long barrier reef, making the waters calm and the wildlife plentiful.
You’ll dance to the local music at the Thursday night fish fry and eat conch fritters with your toes in the water. If you want a concierge to plan a Caicos getaway you’ll never forget, our friends at Exclusive Vacation Adventures know the islands better than anyone.
Cape Cod
The Cape is a classic Memorial Day travel spot. But it’s also a year-round family favorite for its beaches, historical sites, and kid-friendly destinations. Visit an outdoor adventure park or treehouse-filled hollow.
It’s a perfect spot for biking and fishing excursions, and the Cape has a special affinity for ice cream parlors.
