At Global Air Charters, we are big enough to provide unparalleled safety and experience – and small enough to provide personalized, passionate care. We treat your investment like it is our own.
ROI POTENTIAL
One of the most common questions prospective private jet owners ask is, “What kind of return can I expect on my investment?” To be sure, the revenue from chartering your plane when not in use can significantly lower your costs of ownership. But this alone doesn’t turn a profit. The better question to ask is, “How do I create a net neutral asset?” Answering this question requires a personal analysis of your goals, flying schedule, and the make, model, and age of the plane.
Another way to think of the value of chartering your plane is to examine how it affects your occupied hourly rate. We will discuss your financial metric goals and how to obtain them with your aircraft. You can leverage downtime, offset operating costs, and generate revenue.
Flight Operations
We cover all services required to operate your aircraft, and our management agreement with you details all aspects of operation and maintenance, including:
- Crew selection and training
- Dispatch
- Maintenance coordination
- Accounting
- Flight scheduling
- Flight following
- Charter sales
If desired, we will obtain hangar space at a location that is both economical and feasible for the scope of the operation. We will obtain, maintain, or renew insurance policies and ensure compliance with those policies. Once we have a home base and an insurance policy for the plane, we will negotiate with vendors to gain favorable pricing for any products and services purchased for the operation of your asset. In addition, we will oversee maintenance, including parts and labor when required, and manage all aircraft operating costs.
At Global Air Charters, we cross-train our pilots on a variety of aircraft. This benefits you by always having a pilot available to fly your jet when needed.
The LevelFlight Safety Standard
To manage all aspects of operating your aircraft, we use LevelFlight software. The LevelFlight Safety Management System provides Automated Risk Assessment (ARA) by reviewing all associated data related to a flight release and ensuring each flight is compliant with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
LevelFlight is important because:
• It goes above and beyond the current FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations to exceed safety standards
• It is the only flight safety standard that enables aviation departments to meet the recommendations set out by the FAA, EASA, Transport Canada, and ICAO member states
• It is the only safety standard that can verify, in real-time, the validity of the company’s latest operational manuals, publications, and operating procedures
• Its Automated Risk Assessment System reviews all data associated with a flight release and provides a safety score based on multiple facets of the flight and the air carrier’s operation. Data assessed includes crew experience and currency, airport factors such as runway length, forecasted weather conditions, crew rest, and estimated duty day
Risk Management
Risk management is more than just safety; it is ensuring that your aircraft investment is secure and hassle-free. Your dedicated Global Air Charters’ management team proactively reduces your operational, security, and financial risks. This process includes background checks on all third-party vendors, FBOs, and all vendor relationships regarding your aircraft.
We recognize and respect your need for confidentiality and discretion and have programs and policies in place to ensure your travels remain private. We offer the ability to block your tail number from Aircraft Situation Display to Industry (ASDI) data, preventing it from being published to the public. You, your passengers, and your aircraft can fly incognito, out of sight from the public eye.
Maintenance
Our GAC fleet maintenance team operates under the most stringent maintenance procedures in private aviation today. Specialized maintenance coordinators continually provide extensive support to keep your plane airworthy. Team members participate in comprehensive annual maintenance training programs.
The care your private jet receives is an essential aspect of deciding which aircraft management company is the right fit for you. An in-house maintenance department offers the ultimate peace of mind for you as the owner. You can rest assured knowing that maintenance not only is completed efficiently and correctly, but it reduces costs and downtime to maximize your flight time and the pleasure of owning a plane.
When your aircraft is on-site at your hangar location, we can accomplish several maintenance tasks around your flight schedule. Additionally, we oversee management of aircraft maintenance programs such as JSSI/Rolls Royce Corporate Care for your engines and HAPP (Honeywell Avionics Protection Plan). With proper oversight of outsourced maintenance, repair, and warranty, you will gain significant savings.
Financial and Human Resource
GAC’s aircraft management program handles all the daily details of your aircraft’s personnel requirements. We will recruit, hire, and train your crew as well as manage employee relationships and conflict resolution. We work with the best in the industry to serve as your crew.
GAC’s finance team will work closely with your financial representative to customize your invoices to your needs. Each invoice for aircraft-related costs is reviewed and audited and included in one simple monthly statement for your convenience.
In addition to managing the essential employee support functions such as payroll and federal, state, and local employment taxes, GAC provides crew members with a benefits package that meets or, in some cases, exceeds the current industry standard.
