Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Newark, Delaware.
What education and certifications do you hold?
I have a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a United States and Canada Airline Transport Pilot License.

What is one specific moment with a customer that made you realize why you do what you do?
There isn’t a specific moment; however, it is an honor to use my customer service skills. I take joy in providing excellent experiences for everyone I fly.
What is your favorite thing about working for GAC?
My coworkers are my favorite thing about the company. They put their best foot forward daily.
What do you enjoy most about your position?
The ability to view sunrises and sunsets from a vantage point that most don’t get to see as often as I do.
What motivates you to do the best on the job?
I enjoy creating memorable experiences for everyone every time I transport customers.
In your opinion, what makes a good pilot?
Strong technical skills with an understanding of good customer service are very important for pilots to master.
What was the most fun you’ve experienced with GAC?
My first flight with Rachel. She’s got some real comedic chops!
What is your favorite plane to fly?
The GIV is my favorite.
What is a memory you will never forget that was created while flying with GAC?
Exploring Old San Juan with Rachel, Corey, and Sara during a long overnight stop.
What do you like to do when you aren’t flying?
Spending time with my wife and four kids. They are involved in a lot of activities, and I enjoy soaking up as much time with them as I can.
What is your favorite travel destination? Why?
Vegas. The lights, the craziness, and the Hoover Dam are always fun to experience.
