With two months left of the 2022 season to race, there is still time to find a grand prix spectacle to enjoy
Chartering a flight into the next host city of a Formula 1 Grand Prix is an experience that racing fans will never forget. Whether you have a vested stake in F1 as a team organizer or major sponsor or just want to enjoy the thrill of a Grand Prix as a spectator, we love flying clients in and out of Grands Prix worldwide.
As a company that operates beautiful crafts at top speeds, we love that Formula 1 has advanced racing technology like no other professional organization. With aerodynamic, engine performance, and suspension system advancements, F1 auto manufacturers are responsible for pushing the envelope to extract the maximum possible performance from their race cars.
Grands Prix, The 2022 Finale
In years past, we have had the privilege to fly F1 drivers, works teams, and race enthusiasts on behalf of our broker partners. We are greatly looking forward to finishing out the 2022 F1 season by flying into these final F1 Grands Prix:
– Austin, U.S.A. (October 21–23) Circuit Of The Americas (COTA)
This track, located outside of Austin, Texas, is one of the sport’s newest additions and features grandstands on the start-finish straight that offers spectacular views. COTA also has viewing options for those that like to be close to the noise and the action of Formula 1. The Monegasque driver, Charles Leclerc, holds the current lap record at COTA.
If you charter your jet into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (KAUS), you are only a 10-minute drive from the racetrack. COTA is one of F1’s most accessible circuits by airplane due to its proximity to the airport.
– Mexico City, Mexico (October 28–30) Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez
Tucked in the heart of Mexico City and just ten minutes south of Mexico’s international airport lies the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez. Valtteri Bottas set the lap record just last year at 1:17.774. The circuit boasts the highest altitude that F1 drivers experience during the race season at 7,000 feet above sea level.
If you are a spectator who likes to be right in the center of the action. The Foro Sol, located at the west end of the track, is the place to be. After all the excitement of race day, Mexico City offers many hotel options for even the most discerning tastes. One of our favorites is St Regis, just 15 minutes west of the autódromo.
– Sao Paulo, Brazil (November 11–13) Autódromo José Carlos Pace (Interlagos Circuit)
As if the beautiful city of Sao Paulo weren’t awesome enough. It will be even better when F1 comes into town for the Heineken Grande Prêmio this year. Interlagos Circuit, located just 24 minutes south of downtown, is an intricate and beautifully designed track filled. With hills and hairpin turns, that significantly challenge even the best F1 drivers.
Interlagos Circuit is nestled in a bowl-like valley. So viewing options on race day are plentiful as you look down on the track from most vantage points. Valtteri Bottas holds the current lap record for this circuit. Sao Paulo is a known location for extravagant race weekend festivities, so if you’re chartering a jet for the weekend, make sure to bring your dancing shoes!
– Abu Dhabi (November 18–20) Yas Marina Circuit
There could not be a better venue to host the last Grand Prix of the 2022 F1 season than Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit. This track is known for low-speed technical moves as drivers negotiate its sharp, narrow corners. The passing action at Yas Marina that results from the turns makes for quite the show. And drives much of the excitement of the race. The dutch driver Max Verstappen set the lap record last year at 1:26.103.
The opulence of Abu Dhabi is palpable if you stay at the Yas Hotel and book a suite with stunning racetrack views. Otherwise, the vantage from the main grandstand lets you see the start-finish straight. If you have never been to Abu Dhabi, November 18-20 will be one of the best weekends to take in all this magnificent city has to offer.
