• Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel (Wiener Riesenrad)
  • The Wiener Riesenrad is an iconic structure with a history revered among Austrians. This Ferris wheel has been in and out of operation since the late 1800s and was rebuilt in 1945. Whenever we are in Vienna for more than one day, we make it a point to take a sunset ride to enjoy the views. You will not be disappointed.
• Dinner at Das LOFT 
  • Das LOFT offers contemporary twists on fine Viennese cuisine while keeping it simple where it counts. The food here doesn’t only look good; it’s delicious. Head chef Peter Duransky knows his craft well, as evidenced by the many outstanding reviews he receives monthly.

Day Two, Our Favorite Experiences in Vienna

• Austrian National Library
  • There are few cities where visiting the library would be considered a highlight, but Vienna is one of them. This 18th-century building is rich in history and is one of Vienna’s crown jewels. This library is as interesting as it is photogenic — it will surely blow you away.
• Innere Stadt walk
  • You’ll find an excellent lunch café while walking around Innere Stadt, adjacent to the library. This is the true city center of Vienna, with shops, cafés, and photogenic alleyways.
• Schloss Belvedere (Upper Belvedere) 
  • This palace is a 17th-century wonder converted into an art and architecture museum. Iconic works of art and centuries-old frescoes line the walls of Schloss Belvedere, and its grounds are inspiring. Locals recommend buying tickets in advance.
• Mozart Concert at Wiener Musikverein 
  • Vienna is renowned for classical music. To get the most from your time in the city, a dinner and concert at the Vienna Music Society is a must. With a VIP ticket, you will have an unforgettable evening of wonderful music and pure Viennese culture.

Day Three, the Viennese Adventure

• Kahlenberg
  • Kahlenberg is located just 30 minutes north of Vienna by car and offers spectacular city views. Once you arrive, there is plenty to do, including hiking, lunch, and sightseeing. The mountaintop cafés and restaurants are worth the stop if you want to try some delicious local food.
