Briana Tosti, one of Global Air Charters’ Flight Logistics Coordinators, enjoys cooking and visiting Europe. Read on to learn more about Briana.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Boca Raton, Fla.
What education and certifications do you hold?
I have completed FACTS Aircare Training and have a CPR/AED certification.
What makes GAC stand apart from other private charters?
We are still small enough to know everyone we fly with; it’s like family. Everyone truly cares about one another; most companies are not like that.
What is your favorite thing about working for GAC?
The great people I have the chance to work with and all the beautiful locations we fly to.
What do you enjoy most about your position?
I enjoy being able to do what I love in the sky – entertaining, traveling, and having the opportunity to put my special touch on everything to make our passenger’s experience unforgettable.
When did you first realize you wanted to be a Cabin Attendant?
When I was 20, I had my first trip to Europe. I saved all my money to go with a friend, and it opened my eyes to another world. Traveling and being a host is what I love to do. We are hostesses in the sky and get to see unique places. It made me look more into how I can make this a career.
What is your favorite occasion to celebrate while flying?
I’m a foodie, so I get very excited over what great cuisine I get to try next—also, getting the chance to celebrate Easter and New Year’s Eve with my coworkers.
What motivates you to do the best on the job?
Happy passengers and crew members are my goals in everything I do at GAC.
In your opinion, what makes a good Cabin Attendant?
Attentiveness, being aware of your actions, making sure everyone is happy and safe in flight and on the ground.
What was your most memorable moment with Global Air Charters?
The most fun I had was hiking camelback with Corey and Stefano in Scottsdale, Ariz.
As far as the most memorable moment, however, it would have to be flying to Afghanistan. We flew some members of Doctors Without Borders there during COVID-19, a place I never thought I would visit.
What do you like to do when you aren’t flying?
I spend my free time hanging out with family and friends, going to the beach, cooking, working out, and hosting parties.
What is your favorite travel destination? Why?
I don’t have a specific location quite yet, but I love Europe. I enjoyed Amsterdam and London. A few places on my bucket list are Africa and Iceland.
